Because all garments, canvases, and stickers at Effigy Pictures are custom-manufactured and printed precisely at the moment of purchase, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size ordering. We kindly ask that you review our size charts carefully before finalizing your acquisition.

Damages and Defects
Your satisfaction is paramount. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any structural way, we will gladly issue a free replacement garment or a full refund. 

To initiate a defect claim:
1. Contact us at studio@effigypictures.com within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number alongside clear, sharp photographs showing the manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Once verified, our print studio partners will fast-track a brand-new replacement to your destination at zero additional cost to you.
